This is a seasonal rental property.  Priority is given to those 
individuals looking to rent for 3 to 4 months of the winter season. 
Changes to this policy will be considered based on availability.   

[2]  Major holiday periods ( New years, Easter, Memorial Day, 
4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas 
requires a premium fee over the standard rate.  

[3]  A 15% surcharge will be applied for any guests over 4.
