The
location was fantastic- one block to the beach or my
favorite restaurant on Atlantic Avenue.The three of us got
cozy here with the outside deck and screened porch.
Comfortable beds, lots of closet space and the new
appliances worked great. The washer/dryer was especially
appreciated. We'll be back!

Dear John and Anne Marie, Just want to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your bungalow. Everything we could think of was already there for us. Our friends and family that came by to visit loved the place and what you did with it. Everyone was surprised that we found such a nice place through the internet. Michael was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. We haven’t made any decisions for next year, but we would appreciate it if we could have the right of first refusal for January, 2010. Hi, John, Thank you for your message - I am just picking up email today. Michael had given me his contact number earlier in the year, and so we were in touch prior to our arrival. Everything worked out well, though we were slightly delayed at the car rental, and got turned around a little on Atlantic Avenue. Michael was very patient, and gave us a wonderful introduction to Delray Beach and your lovely bungalow. Please share with Anne-Marie our love of the place already! It's beautifully appointed while at the same time comfortable and homey. It's the perfect place for us to get away after the hectics of our older son's college graduation last week. I know we will hate to leave. Thank you for all your communications, John. We are having a grand time investigating all that Delray Beach has to offer. we made it into the ocean yesterday, the boys played tennis last night, and have a tee time later this morning. Hi John,
This is way overdue but I want to thank you for a delightful stay in Delray Beach. It was my first visit there, and I wish that we had a warmer time, but it was still enjoyable. We headed to Naples after the east coast time.
I wanted to let you know how terrific Michael is - very,
very responsive and professional. I wish that i had him for
my rental on Mount Dessert Island!
